Welcome to San Mahu Education and Research Society’s Ambrosia Institute of Hotel Management (AIHM).

It is my pleasure to welcome you to one of Pune’s progressive institutes affiliated with

Savitribai Phule Pune University. At AIHM, we are committed to shaping confident,

skilled, and future-ready professionals who can excel in globally expanding industries.

Our flagship program, the B.Sc. in Hospitality Studies, is a 4-year regular degree in

Hotel Management, affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University. This comprehensive

program equips students with academic excellence, hands-on training, managerial

competence, and industry readiness.

Aligned with the NEP 2020 framework, our curriculum is multidisciplinary, practical,

and industry-oriented. We prepare students for dynamic careers not just in

Hospitality, but also in Aviation, Tourism, Event Management, and Hospital Management.

For students after 10th, we offer the EDGE Program in Hotel Operations, designed to

build early skills and open multiple career pathways in the service sector.

AIHM also offers SPPU-certified Value Added Courses (3 & 6 Months) in:

Entrepreneurship is a key pillar at AIHM. Through idea labs, startup mentoring, business-skills training, and industry exposure, we encourage learners to
